Do I need to pay a deposit to book an appointment?
Yes, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost on the day of your visit.
What happens if I arrive late?
We value everyone's time and stay strictly on schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may be modified or rescheduled at the salon’s discretion.
Do you offer refunds on services?
All services are non-refundable. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to provide a complimentary corrective service if contacted within 48 hours of your appointment.
What is your policy regarding children?
Skin sanctuary is family-friendly! Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult, and any guest under 18 requires a signed consent form before their service begins.
