How Does It WORKS?
IPL targets the pigment in hair follicles with light energy to disrupt hair growth. Over multiple sessions, hair growth slows, and regrowth becomes finer and lighter.
Before Your Appointment
- Avoid waxing, plucking, or threading for 4 weeks before your session.
- Shave the area 12-24 hours prior to treatment.
- Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanner for 2 weeks.
- Stop retinoids/exfoliants on treatment areas for 3-5 days before.
Aftercare Instructions
- Avoid heat (showers, saunas, workouts) for 24-48 hours post-treatment.
- Apply sunscreen daily and avoid direct sun.
- Do not wax, pluck, or tweeze between sessions—shaving is allowed.
- Stay consistent with treatments for optimal results.
